“ I’ve eaten at Village Kitchen many times, and it’s always a great experience. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying—whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Their sausage gravy and biscuits are a personal favorite, but honestly, everything on the menu is worth trying. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick without ever feeling rushed. It’s the kind of place where you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Highly recommended! ”
“ A local spot with so much charm, love and delicious home cooked meals! We were looking for a place we could cozy up in to start off our vacation here in New Hampshire and found the right vibes at The Village Kitchen. The food came out quick and hot and we all left stuffed to the brim with no crumbs left behind. My favorite part of this restaurant was not only the warm and inviting inside, but the beautiful view of the mountains crested in fall foliage outside while you ate your breakfast. If you’re a local, stopping by town or visiting any time of year, this spot will give you that heartwarming delicious home cooked meal and atmosphere. The service was great too! My only note for anyone wanting to come by is to make sure you bring cash as they do not accept cards! All in all we enjoyed our breakfast and will come back if we ever find ourselves here again! ”
“ Food is great. We were renting a vaca home neaby so went to eat in twice and take out once.I loved the home fries, and the sausage gravy and biscut special was really good. Service was a bit stretched, but they seemed to handle a crowed well enough, moved the tables out quickly. Definitely paid more attention to the regulars. They made it pretty obvious who was the favorites. But overall, I would recommend it. Cash only! They do have an ATM. ”
“ Had Gobbler wrap and pulled pork sandwich. Both were great. Sweet potato and regular fries both were good. Not over cooked. My only complaint would be it's very loud from conversations and could use some noise suppression. Will definitely come back. P.S. Cash or check only. ”
“ The Village Kitchen is one of the best places to eat in the Lakes Region. They have the best waffles in the area. The best views. It's cash only. Sometimes a wait but always worth it ! ”
